The Lean Forward Foundation (LF2) is becoming an integral part of the Lean Alaska vision. The vision for LF2 is to provide Lean Six Sigma Certification opportunities to Military Personnel, Spouses, and Dependents; ALL VETERANS. Lean Alaska believes that process improvement and other methodologies fused within the Lean Six Sigma foundation is important for all aspects of life, both personal and professional. Enhancing opportunities for Active Duty, Transitioning Military, and Veterans, along with their Spouse and Dependent to advance their personal goals and professional careers will be possible with the formation of the Lean Forward Foundation.

Community Support, mentorship, and coaching
Veterans Lean Together Program
Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program (HVRP) helps veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness reintegrate into the labor force.

We create an Individualized Employment Plan (IEP) to detail employment goals, strategies, and outcomes that is centered around process improvement for a successful reintegration into the labor force.
